The Best Coffee Shops in Calgary

Like any modern and bustling city Calgary and its citizens rely on coffee to get them started in the morning and to keep them going during the day. It's not that we're promotion the consumption of excessive amounts of caffeine here but the fact is that Calgary has a plethora of coffee shops to choose from and enjoy. Now the question is which of these shops is going to sell you the best cup of coffee you've ever tasted...so we decided to conduct a quick survey.
What we're going to do here is highlight some of our favourite coffee shops in the city, and we hope you like our choices:
Café Rosso
What sets this café apart almost immediately is the warm and friendly atmosphere you experience every single time you're there. Of course the coffee and snacks are excellent but the staff are Café Rosso have this gift for making you feel like a member of their little barista family and not just a customer. Oh and the white chocolate scones? To die for folks!
Monogram Coffee Shop
With an eye to simplicity, Monogram Coffee is a Calgary coffee shop that is one of the best in town. It is described as a great place to hang out, with excellent food and homemade nut milk. The baristas are friendly and the wifi is fast for anyone that is trying to get some work done. They serve a range of overnight oats, energy balls, and decadent toast. There is also a range of specialty coffees to choose from, and beans for customers to make their own Monogram Coffee at home.
Kawa Espresso Bar
The only downside to Kawa's is that it's so incredibly popular that getting somewhere to sit during peak hours can be very difficult. That being said if you want to frequent a coffee shop that offers amazing coffee and also a great range of wine and beer then you'll need to pay Kawa's a visit.
As we said earlier Calgary is famous for the number of coffee shops you can find in the city, with literally dozens of them within any given square mile. At least now you have 3 great ones to choose from and we hope you enjoy them as much as we do!
