Marketing Project Manager

Responsibilities
- Execute and implement marketing campaigns, project management and deadlines as directed
- Lead, manage and be accountable for the marketing team, including project management and overall department objectives
- Facilitate professional and creative collaboration within the team
- Ensure that marketing activities align with overall brand strategy for consistent messaging and design quality in all print digital communications, from print and online ads to websites, social media marketing and sales office environment
- Monitor and report analytics from all tools and channels, including emails, Google, social media and paid media
- Build and maintain strong rapport with all external marketing agencies, communications and events consultants, vendors, suppliers and advertisers
- Communicate with external project partners on marketing strategies, campaigns, processes and approvals
- Stay well-informed and up to date with market knowledge, including competitive analysis of all projects within active markets, and identify trends before they peak
- Reporting directly to Justin Havre, Team Leader
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing
- Real estate knowledge a must
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills
- An aptitude for data, analysing results from our campaigns
- Seasoned background and experience, understanding and aptitude for data including Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Google tag manager, retargeting, display ads, social media platforms and more
- Brand management experience
- Brand mapping
- High level copywriting skills
- Knowledge of web lead generation and SEO
- Proficient and confident decision-making skills

Graphic Designer
We’re opening our doors to an exciting opportunity to join our marketing team in the Calgary real estate market. We’re looking for a Part Time experienced graphic designer based in Calgary to help us visually enhance our brand and get our message out through a robust array of social media platforms, content marketing channels and other ancillary marketing materials intended for both mainstream and industry audiences. This position has the ability to move to Full Time hours at a future date. You must have good judgment in time management and budgeting and be prepared to multi-task on a daily basis.
You will report to and work in collaboration with the Marketing Project Manager, demonstrating your superior skillset and working background in graphic design and critical understanding of standard social media concepts – including platform posting -- and marketing and advertising practices and procedures. Knowledge of how real estate functions on a marketing level is a definite bonus.

Responsibilities
- Study corporate brand marketing guide to determine requirements for all visual marketing materials
- Schedule design and posting of projects, deadlines and follow-up
- Conceptualize, draft and build graphic elements for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, website, newsletter and other visual-centric platforms
- Prepare preliminary layouts and present ideas
- Develop illustrations and other designs using software or by hand
- Use corporate brand guide for approved colours and layout framework for each graphic
- Work as a team with copywriters and marketing assets to produce final design
- Test graphics across various media
- Refine and define designs after feedback
- Ensure final graphic elements and layouts are market-ready and on-brand
- Video editing as required
- Liaison with outside advertising agency on corporate branding materials
- Liaison with in-house photographer for assignments
Qualifications
- College/CEGEP/University Graphic Design Degree
- 2–4 years minimum of graphic design experience
- Advanced knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign a must
- Experience in website design as well as digital and traditional mediums
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

The Social Media Specialist will meet new challenges head on and will be responsible for advancing customer awareness and providing a meaningful experience through online marketing. Reporting directly to and working in collaboration with the Marketing Project Manager, you will develop and execute social media strategies and prepare internal resources for posting.
Familiarity with standard concepts, practices and procedures within marketing and advertising is critical, while knowledge of how real estate functions is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Curate, post, monitor and engage on social media channels daily
- Coordinate all scheduled online marketing activities for listings
- Ensure that company messaging and materials are accurate and consistent
