The Guardian Condominium Market

The Guardian has two towers standing proud at 44 floors each. The first tower houses 321 condos and, in total, the two towers have 640 condo units. The Guardian's architects and group of excellent interior designers have employed the use of modern, innovative solutions to create more efficient, spacious homes and to allow residents to save money. The Guardian condo project is the brainchild of Hon Towers Ltd., which received the very rare opportunity to buy the land for The Guardian from Torode Residential. The land was originally meant to be used to construct a proposed four-tower building called the arriVa, but only one tower ended up being built.
