The Dorchester Square condominium tower runs from east to west, which offers residents great views. To the south, residents are able to savor the incredible views of Mount Royal, while to the north is the spectacular Nose Hill Park. There is an impressive array of floor plans to choose from — 17 in total. The simplest floor plan is a modest 650 sq. ft. one bedroom suite, while the penthouse suites span up to 1,500 sq. ft.
Dorchester Square boasts amenities like a racquetball court, saunas, billiards room, and a gym. There's also a large, enclosed garden area that features a beautiful selection of plants. There is a well-lit laundry room on the second floor, and a restrictive pet policy is in place.
