The ground breaking for the Arriva 1 was in April 2005, and the 34-storey-high building was completed in November 2007. It houses 164 condominium units. The Arriva is a remarkable tower that is visible from miles around the city, and offers buyers luxurious condo living.

Background on Arriva Towers

The Arriva Towers condominium development was originally slated to include four towers in the Victoria Park neighbourhood: Arriva 1, Arriva 2, Arriva 3 and Arriva 4. The project’s financiers were Torode Residential Ltd. Unfortunately, not all the towers were constructed because of the recession in 2008 and subsequent years of financial struggle. The real estate slump placed Torode Residential Ltd in a precarious position and the company had to seek bankruptcy protection. Before this happened, the construction of Arriva 1 had been completed.
