Built in 2003, the Pointe stands at 16 storeys high and features 129 living units. The building has a unique octagonal design that has made it an impressive structure in the heart of Calgary. Many units offer fabulous views of the Bow River and North Hill, and have natural gas outlets on the balconies. Most condos at Discovery Pointe are one or two bedroom suites, and range from 624 sq. ft. up to 1,055 sq. ft.

On the main floor, a number of amenities are provided, including a pool room, foosball, meeting room and entertainment room. On the third floor, there is an exercise room with a sauna.
