A professional sales brochure of my home, along with an inviting description and excellent photography was prepared within days. This was used in conjunction with website promotion, an online virtual tour plus an open house. Within 2 weeks my house was sold. We met Justin during an open house he was hosting in Royal Oak. My husband and I were both immediately impressed with his level of professionalism and his polished and relaxed style. He was very helpful in that he explained the background on the home, pointed out some of its features, and allowed us to explore on our own. We contacted Justin initially about listing our house. He immediately gave us an appointment date for an interview. At the interview he came prepared with an entire package that was very professionally prepared showing our house details and a comparative market analysis for homes in our neighbourhood. He carefully explained the process and fee structure for listing our home with him.
