This year the event organizers stepped things up by adding even more fun stuff to do. But don't worry, all of your family favorites will still be there. On August 2nd, 2014 the community of Inglewood will come alive with live performances, vendors and great food. The festival will start at 11am and will go until 5pm.

Last year the Inglewood Sunfest was revitalized a bit to help launch the Calgary Fringe Festival. It was also revitalized to help highlight how vibrant and historic the city and community of Inglewood is. Thanks to this revitalization thousands of people flocked to Inglewood which served as the perfect launching pad for the Calgary Fringe Festival. How Much Does It Cost To Get It?

Admission to the Inglewood Sunfest is absolutely free. That means you can bring all of your friends and family and have a really good time. With so many fun things to do the entire family is sure to be entertained. There will be a "Best of the Fest" contest that you can both participate in and vote on.

Those who participate and vote will have the opportunity to win tickets to the GlobalFest. You can get more information about the Best of the Festcontest by visiting one of the booths located at 11th street and 14th street.

One of the highlights of the Inglewood Sunfest is the pie eating contest. If you aren't afraid to get a little dirty you will love being a part of this contest. Wilde Grainz Bakery will bring the pies and all you have to do is eat them up. Only the fastest pie eater will win so be sure to sign up at the ICA booth so you can show your stuff.

There is also a kid's zone where children can bounce around on the bounce tents and have a great time. Plus, face painters and balloon artists will be there to keep the little ones busy. To learn more about the Inglewood Festival visit the official site at http://www.inglewoodsunfest.com.
