Season’s Greetings to Our Amazing Clients, Business Associates, Friends and Family

The holidays have arrived and it's easy to see that most people have their minds on shortbread cookies and on special times with family members. During the holiday season it's a good time to reflect on the past year and the year ahead.

The real estate market in Calgary was booming and bustling during the first half of the year with tight inventories shooting up prices and multiple offers being presented for many homes. The pressure started to ease up during the second half of 2014 as the market became more balanced. You could hear the sighs of relief as many potential home buyers once again looked for properties without having to fight through the crowds.

Throughout the year the interest rates remained low and they are expected to remain this way into 2015. With a more balanced real estate market in place, the path heading into the new year looks positive and optimistic.

Calgary has established itself as a solid leader in the real estate field during the last couple of years so it's important to also reflect and appreciate this great city. We have a welcoming city here and should be proud of the care and positive attitude that we see in so many neighbourhoods in all of the city quadrants.

Our team at Justin Havre & Associates would like to extend Season’s Greetings to all of the amazing clients that we have served in the past and to the future clients that we look forward to meeting in the future. Many business associations were formed over the years and many lasting friendships were made along the way as well.

Our goal as a team is to always connect families, couples and individuals with their personal real estate goals. Whether this means finding a dream home, a step-up townhouse or an affordable condo for a first time buyer, we always commit 100% to helping dreams come true. We couldn't do all of this without the help and support of our clients and associates. To you, we raise our glasses of eggnog and say thank you.

Season’s Greetings from our team family to you and your family. Have a fantastic holiday season and we look forward to meeting up with you soon.
