Family Dining

If you know anything about the Prefontaine brothers you know they don't do anything small. And when it came to the Corbeaux Bakehouse, it was no different. The interior of the restaurant was designed by Sarah Ward. She is known for her work at the Nash and the Craft Beer Market among other places.

The inside space has plenty of natural light which makes it very light and airy. The brick walls have been painted white and the roof has a big skylight right in the middle of it.

Part Bakery, Part Restaurant

The Corbeaux Bakehouse is part bakery, part restaurant. From early in the morning to late at night you can get a quality casual experience. This includes everything from sandwiches to pastries. You can even get a full course meal if that's what you're in the mood for.

The menu is very interesting and has a lot of great options for couples to share. Make sure you try out the steamed buns when visiting. They are made in house and taste amazing.

The Amazing Burger

If you are a burger aficionado you will need to try out the bakehouse burger. It is without a doubt one of the best burgers you will find on the entire block. It is a house ground patty smothered in bacon, pickles, mornay sauce, lettuce and a tomato jam that is very sweet and cinnamon-y. It just may be the best burger you ever taste.

After you have eaten dinner make sure to try some of the desserts. You can get everything from chocolate tarts to gourmet cakes. Even the zucchini loaf looks delicious. With so many options there is no way you can try everything. Your best bet is to try various things around the table.

If you’re looking for a great burger, excellent desserts and so much more, try the Corbeaux Bakehouse.
