About the Villas at Riverstone
The project is located on Cranbrook Drive S.E., down in the valley from the escarpment and close to 360 acres of environmental preserve. This adult community is part of Brookfield Residential’s Riverstone subdivision, part of the greater community of Cranston.
Rumour has it that there are just 16 units left. There are a few floor plans to choose from, priced from the $740s with the most luxurious model close to $1.2 million.
The Sunstone is the smallest model. The Sapphire the next largest offering with the largest home model called the Silverton. It offers 1,699 square feet on the main and 1,217 on the walk-out level. There are three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms with high ceilings, banks of oversized windows, a chef’s kitchen and custom basement development. Each home has a one or two-car front-drive garage.
There are not many brand new villa-style developments offering maintenance-free living currently under construction in Calgary, and none at present in the far south part of the city.
