One of the best ways to keep your young ones busy during the summer holidays is by purchasing a season pass to Butterfield Acres. Most young children are absolutely fascinated by animals and you'll find plenty of them and more at this children's farm. There's always something new and exciting happening at the farm and it offers a great educational experience as well.

You and your children will be able to get up close interactions with animals like bunnies, lambs, goats, chickens, chicks, piglets, turkeys, ponies, horses, geese, ducks, peacocks, cows, emus, donkeys and alpacas. It's a great bonding experience for the kids, and you as an adult are sure to have a great time there as well.

Along with the animals this special farm offers wagon and tractor rides, pony rides, goat milking, and gopher tunnels. There is also a giant sandbox, playgrounds, a park and picnic areas. It's a great place to schedule a birthday party and along with all of the excitement your child will also be able to enjoy the special Birthday Pony. There are summer day camps available as well that run for a week at a time.

During the spring season there were many babies added to the farmyard. Children love to see these new young additions as they get a feel of the ground below them.

Have you ever had the chance to milk a goat? Have you ever seen an emu close-up? Have you ever had your shoelaces chewed on by little piglets? These are just some of the great experiences that this farm offers to youngsters. With summer break arriving, this farm should definitely be on your to-do list to keep your young ones happy and occupied this summer.
