Wild Rose Brewery & Taproom

Known as, "Alberta's Wildest Craft Brewery", The Wild Rose is the best brewpub you'll find throughout Calgary. It was voted as the best from Fast Forward readers for the past six years and has made the top three twice for the best local beer award. Beers found here include a Brown Ale, Wrasberry Ale, S.O.B., Wred Wheat, I.P.A and a Velvet Fog. They are found on Quesnay Wood Drive SW and the taproom is open from 11am to 11pm Monday through Saturday and from 11am to 9pm on Sundays.

Brewsters Brewing Company

Brewsters has many locations throughout Calgary, Edmonton and Regina. Calgary is served by six different locations including McKenzie Towne, Lake Bonavista, FootHills, Eleventh Avenue, Crowfoot and Airdrie. Their beer lineup includes an Original Lager, Wild West Wheat Ale, Hammerhead Red Ale, River City Raspberry Ale, Farmer's Tan White Ale, Bigfoot Blueberry Ale, Flying Frog Lager, Bow Valley Brown Ale, Rig Pic Pale Ale and a Vampire Republic Czech Pilsner. They also include many other beers on rotating taps.

Located in the Beltline, Trolley 5 is named after the public transportation that delivered working class people to and from the Beltline neighbourhood many years ago. Trolley 5 takes reservations, and offers take out or delivery. Enjoy the upstairs area for your upcoming parties, or stay downstairs and have a good brew.

Trolley 5 serves craft beers like Derailed and the Conductor, as well as a variety of seasonal beers. People who enjoy eating at Trolley 5 usually cite its excellent food and atmosphere, which is laid back and unpretentious.
