The Calgary Folk Music Festival is taking place this weekend from July 24 to the 27th at Prince's Island Park. This year, the lineup includes 76 musicians that come from a total of 16 different countries. They will be performing on 8 separate stages across the park.

Musicians from Korea, Ethiopia, Canada, the UK, Australia, New Zealand and other countries will be providing their own type of music that celebrates a variety of traditions. You can sit back, relax and enjoy a cold drink in the beer garden that’s shaded by trees. In the family area you'll be able to take part in a variety of activities. There will be a special artisan area set up for your shopping enjoyment.

Any time a landlord rents out an apartment, he is taking a risk. If he gets the wrong type of tenant, his asset could be virtually destroyed. When you are asked to provide a security deposit it will cover any damages that you may make to the apartment when you are living there.

The deposit covers other thing besides damages as well. Most leases contain a clause that states that the apartment must be left in the same condition as it was when you first moved into it.
