Seton Real Estate
Seton is a new community in SE Calgary covering 360 acres. It is located directly south of Auburn Bay and east of Cranston. It’s boundaries are presently Deerfoot Trail to the west, Seton Blvd to the north, and yet to be built extension of 52nd Street SE. It’s southern boundary is defined by a proposed arterial road that has yet to be named. The community of Seton with be compiled of a mixture of residential and business development incorporating a new hospital, a high school, public library and a regional recreation center. It will be served by a proposed south east leg of the city’s C-Train system. Seton will become a vibrant hub in SE Calgary where people will have opportunities to work, play and shop.
