Erin Kelly
Erin Kelly bought her first property when she was just a teenager. She quickly saw how appreciating, cash-flowing assets could impact your life. She believes it is important to get rid of your personal residence mortgage and consumer debt as quickly as possible to obtain financial freedom, and she teaches her entire team how to have our clients' primary residences mortgage-free in 8 to 10 years.
Erin considers it a great honour to work with such an incredible group of mortgage and real estate professionals. She attributes all of her success to this dynamic group of dedicated people who are committed to excellence.
She battles a daily addiction to chai tea lattés, she surfs, and because she used to work at MTV, she has an obsession with live music. Erin also travels around the world training corporations how to have a culture of achievement, but she considers her greatest accomplishment to be recovering her son from autism.

Kelly Edmondson

She has a passion for assisting people in achieving their goals and dreams.
Kelly is the Sales and Marketing Manager for the Erin Kelly Mortgage Team. She is a dynamic leader and she Thinks Big.
When Kelly isn't helping people (really, that doesn't happen!), she has two beautiful boys, Miles and Oliver, and an amazing man who supports and loves her. Together they enjoy mountain biking, camping, hiking and tobogganing.

Paula Rustad
Paula is passionate about seeing home ownership dreams become a reality and helping her clients become debt-free, faster. Paula has been in the financial services industry for six years, has worked at a financial planning firm, as well as a major bank. With her solid background in financial planning, she can help you "kill your mortgage" and realize your financial goals!
Paula is the Team Underwriter so there is a good chance you will hear from her during your mortgage process. We rely on her to make sure all our ducks are in a row, and she is by far, the best underwriter in the mortgage business.
Paula is sharp, personable, prompt, solutions-focused, and works tirelessly to get the BEST financing for your needs. She cares about your long-term goals and gives her all to ensure that you have the tools you need to get there.
In her spare time, Paula is training for marathon runs, crocheting, and scrapbooking pictures of her two little girls.

Jana Eikeland
Jana is a licensed Executive Assistant to Erin Kelly, but we all know she's the boss. Jana started keeping Erin organized over 13 years ago when they were roommates. She is also the Assistant Underwriter on the team because Jana can be counted on to get things done quickly, and efficiently.
She is organized, professional, pro-active and sharp. She's our event planner, note-taker, director, scheduler, client care department, relationship manager, nutritionist, and fashion consultant. She is predictably positive and focused. She is the reason our clients brag about our team and we attribute our success to her support!

Lisa Mundell-Lawrence
Lisa was born a business woman! Her first entrepreneurial adventure was building an international modeling agency. She attributes her success there to the training and development of the models through the school side of the business. She learned a great deal about the importance of training and personal development and how it relates to business success.
Lisa's next undertaking was real estate sales and marketing for condominium developers. She quickly became a top producer, which led to opening her own sales and marketing company where she employed 25 sales staff with multiple condo developments, both in Canada and around the world.
Lisa then became the co-founder of Cheap Smokes & Tobacco in 2009 and in only a few years, together with her husband Jeff, has successfully opened their 2nd store in Alberta and is in the process of franchising this business.
Lisa is our Commercial Mortgage Specialist, and she funds everything from small commercial condo bays to giant skyscrapers.
Lisa has a personal dedication to achieving excellence, both as an entrepreneur and as a mother of four children. Her dedication, drive and knowledge are evident to all of our clients.

Andrea Morris
Andrea is passionate about making the dream of home ownership a reality; so much so that she's been in the industry for over 10 years! After starting her career in major banks, she's found her home as a mortgage broker with access to 80+ lenders, the best rate for your needs, and broader financing solutions. Erin Ferguson
Erin is outgoing, witty and a ton of fun! Starting her life in NWT and Saskatchewan, she has turned into the ultimate downtown girl! With a love of all things metropolitan, Erin is always helping people connect, and knows not only finance, but where to have the best meal, best time, and where to get the best deal.
This love of knowing what's best has helped her to serve her clients — from her start in the Telecom industry to her start in Finance at TD. Now Erin has joined the Erin Kelly Mortgage Team so that she can offer her clients the best products from our many lenders.
Helping others has always come naturally, so her choice to join the mortgage industry seemed like a great fit. With 8 years of management experience and 3 in the financial industry, her dedication and hard work have given her the skills to make things happen.

Taz Rajan
Taz has been in the finance industry for nearly 12 years, starting at Scotiabank. As a Certified Adult Educator, she facilitated mortgage training for bank staff for two years and uses this experience to bring a unique communication style that simplifies the complex mortgage process for the clients of Justin Havre & Associates.
Taz has been a Mortgage Associate since 2004 and she specializes in helping people through the transition of divorce. She has been featured in the First Time Homebuyer's magazine, the Condo Guide, and on AM770.
Taz is an active volunteer with Money Mentors, Momentum, Habitat for Humanity, Aga Khan Foundation's World Partnership Walk and the Ismaili Women's Development Portfolio. Her speaking engagements range from small private groups, to company lunch & learn sessions for corporate clients. Taz hosts monthly mortgage seminars in Calgary to help educate others on various mortgage-related topics.
In her spare time, Taz enjoys hiking, hot yoga, bootcamp, dance lessons, volunteering, networking, travelling, and spending time with family.

Kim Pliva
Kim was born in Drumheller and raised on a grain farm. She graduated from the University of Calgary, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Political Science and a minor in Business. Kim is an amazing woman with a business brain and a heart of gold.
Kim has been married for over 16 years to a grain farmer and they continue to work their farm. Kim's experience in business and rural farming give her an edge with her clients. She knows the ropes and brings this wealth of knowledge to the table.
Kim has always been athletic and she enjoys sports: especially now with her 2 growing boys! She is a level II ski instructor with the CSIA. With her family she skis, swims and golfs (when she isn't shuttling the kids to hockey, golf and soccer)!
Kim also enjoys listening to music, doing yardwork and working on the computer. She loves a good cup of coffee and a good joke. She also has a secret affection for Bon Jovi, which has infected the rest of the team.
