MY COMMITMENT TO YOU REALTORS® are full time professional Real Estate Associates. I am educated in the legal aspects of Real Estate Practice and licensed by the Province of Alberta to provide Real Estate Services. I earn my living by serving the needs of home buyers and sellers with integrity. SKILLED SERVICE A large part of our work is performed “behind the scenes”; previewing homes, researching comparable sales, gaining market knowledge, evaluating changing legislations and maintaining our professional credentials. For every hour I spend showing you homes, my team will have spent up to ten hours preparing. I am constantly acquiring information that will help us to better serve you. HOW BUYER REALTORS® ARE COMPENSATED REALTORS® are not paid a traditional salary: They work usually on commission, which they receive only if they initiate and complete a transaction for you. I am compensated only when all of your needs have been satisfied and you take ownership of your new home. All of the services provided on your behalf are not compensated unless you purchase a home through me. Real Estate commissions traditionally are paid on closing day from the seller’s proceeds, not out of your pocket. Most often, buyer representation is a service FREE to you which protects your interests.
