Justin Havre and his team strive to have one of the most technologically advanced websites in the area, to make it easy for buyers and sellers to find exactly what they're looking for. In keeping with this goal, a new feature has been added to provide even more efficient search functionality.

Our new tool is the Google Custom Search bar, and allows you to type in any word, and see all instances of it that appear on this site—whether it be within a neighbourhood write-up, a blog post, or a property listing. This is especially handy when looking for particular home features that aren't listed on the Calgary MLS ®, like swimming pools, acreage, or foreclosure properties.

You'll find this new search bar near the top of every page. Just type in the word or phrase you're looking for, like "lakefront property":

A pop-up box will appear, with links to every instance that word appears on JustinHavre.com. See below for an example. The default tab will show you all the results, while the IDX tab displays all real estate listings that have the word "lakefront" in them. You can also click the Blog tab to see any blog posts that relate to the topic, or click Content to see any regular pages that discuss lakefront property in Calgary. In addition to searching for property features, you can also look for things like street names and area attractions, as well as specific schools—which is great for parents who want to live near a particular institution in Calgary.
