Thank you very much for the tips. There is nothing better to keep ourselves warm during winter than a nice fireplace. I also hear nut shells and orange skin are good to keep a fire.

Great safety tips especially because wood burning stoves are gaining admiration and making their way in our homes. In particular, Inset wood burning stoves are becoming very popular again as people are realising that open fires are very inefficient. Most inset stoves fit neatly into existing fire places and not only save money in the long run but they also look great.
