New Listing in Tuscany, NW Calgary AB
I Just Listed 7 Tuscany Ridge Bay NW this week and we are pleased to already have it under contract after only 14 hours on the market. My hat goes off to the sellers as they spent lots of time preparing their home to get it ready to sell. A house that is decluttered and clean will in most cases show well to potential buyers.
This really made a big impression on the potential buyers that came through it on the 1st day it hit the market and it resulted in an accepted offer that day.
